We have 2 bedroom units as well as 3 bedroom Sub-Penthouse’s and Penthouse’s on the top floor.
Karmasea Luxury Apartments are perfectly located 80metres to the beach. Local facilities include Maroochydore Public Library, Swan Bowls Club, Cotton Tree Olympic Swimming Pool, Cotton Tree Park, Alex Surf Club, Maroochydore Surf Club heaps of restaurants and heaps of shopping are on your doorstep walking distance. There is also the Alex Hotel including the blue bar and bottle shop.
All units above the ground level have views of the beautiful lagoon in Alex Park as well as the pristine swimming pool on grounds. Units on level 3 and above have a mix of park and ocean views while All Penthouses and sub-penthouse have a full ocean view.

Karmasea Luxury Apartments are a 1-Minute walk to beach and within close walking distance to Alex Surf Club and a fully patrolled swimming beach.
One of Queensland's largest shopping centres, Sunshine Plaza is only 10 minutes walk. Maroochydore CBD is on your door-step so shopping is everywhere. Walk in any direction and you will find everything from convenience stores to exclusive boutiques.
There are a dozen quality restaurants within walking distance of Karmasea, and any taste can be catered for.

Yes. Cotton Tree is fully pathed. You can walk along the waterfront both ways for several kilometres. Follow a wide coastal path along the Maroochy River and the beaches to Mooloolaba. Perfectly safe for children and bikes as well.
Yes. The local Sun Bus service stops conveniently 10 metres away, and services the entire Sunshine Coast, as well as services to Brisbane and the Airport.

Mooloolaba is a few minutes drive or you can walk the beachside track in just 10-15 minutes. Noosa is a quick 20 minute drive.
